Emmanuel Kyagara

Emmanuel Chagara is a technology enthusiast interested in supporting businesses and individuals to securely integrate technology into their daily operations. Emmanuel has over 13 years’ experience spanning across various ICT sectors such as; telecommunications, ICT infrastructural development, software programing, cybersecurity and big data analytics. He has spoken at various forums within Uganda and across East Africa on issues of information security, data privacy, emerging technologies among others. Emmanuel is a member of Uganda’s National Information Security Advisory Group (NISAG), Chief Executive Office of Milima Security and Milima Cyber Academy.
